Vehicles not properly displaying a valid vehicle license or vehicles which are inoperable because of missing or damaged parts will be considered as abandoned and subject to immediate tow at owner’s expense.
Vehicles which have been impounded and not claimed will be considered as abandoned and will be disposed of in accordance with KRS 189.751.
Vehicles which constitute a safety hazard to the University community will be removed from the campus at the owner’s expense.
